Minipress is used to treat:

• high blood pressure, also called hypertension
• benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH (‘prostate trouble’) in men waiting for prostate surgery
• Raynaud’s disease, where the fingers become white and painful when cold
• certain types of heart failure.
